Swedish Massage: Gentle, gliding strokes heated by the warmth of the therapist’s hands ease away general pain, improve circulation, and promote a total state of relaxation.

Maternity Massage:  Massage during pregnancy when using a tender touch not only pampers the mother-to-be, but can relieve fatigue, ease pain, enhance sleep, and calm an active baby.

Sports Massage:  Sports massage makes use of special techniques to increase circulation before the event and to speed healing and recovery afterwards. It is designed to help you achieve maximum performance by increasing power, endurance, and mobility.

Foot Reflexology:  Uses the thumb and fingers to stimulate the 7,000 nerve endings on each foot that correspond to all parts of the body. You’ll find that it helps to improve circulation and stimulate nerve pathways.

Reiki:  In a Reiki Session, the practitioner places her hands on or just above the client’s clothed body to activate the healing energy within receptive portions of the body. Healing occurs through the return of physical, mental, and spiritual balance.

Deep Tissue:  Similar to Swedish, but consisting of deeper and firmer pressure. It addresses muscular tension and pain produced by chronic conditions or physical injury, therefore promoting greater comfort and allowing increased freedom of movement.

Trigger Point Massage:  Deep spot pressure to release locked muscles or the associated numbness or tingling.

Therapeutic Massage: A blend of massage and bodywork techniques designed by the therapist to address a client’s unique combination of needs.

Aromatherapy:  The use of pure, therapeutic grade essential oils simultaneously triggers responses from two senses, the sense of smell and the sense of touch, enhancing physical and mental relaxation.
